What is the A-Class build process?

Our home builders work hard to make the entire process toward building your own home as stress-free as possible. Our home builders provide a free consultation to get you started on the journey toward your dream home. This initial meeting is where you can present your ideas and inspiration for your home designs to our friendly team. Our new home consultants will present a quote based on the house prices in the surrounding areas, the cost of labour and materials, and a few other important factors to ensure your new home build is a success.

Many other builders don't let clients in on the process, but we are not like many builders. We are so confident in the high standard and quality of our work that you can communicate with the site supervisor to check on the progress of your home at any time.

How long does the build take?

The length of time for your build will depend on a few factors, including whether you're planning a double-storey or have complex ideas. Generally, we say it's approximately 3 months for first floor additions or extensions if the rest of the home is left unchanged, and 6 months for brand new builds.

Every project is different, but from the start when we sit down & provide you with a quote, we will also give you a timeframe for which we will have your home completed. We will move as quickly as we can while maintaining the high-quality homes our customers know and love us for.

Do I need plans before the build?

To start the process of obtaining a quote from us, you can fill in your information on the contact us tab on the homepage. Once your contact information has been entered it will take you through to our questionnaire where we ask you for some details which will help us to assist you.

You have the option of using our whole team for your home designs, from our in house draftsmen to our builders and site supervisors. Whether you know exactly what you want or need to start from scratch, our great team of home builders, Wollongong, can work with you to design the perfect home.

What is the difference between project home builders and custom home builders?
